Safari Hunt
TYPICAL DAY
The hunt begin at dawn, taking advantage of the morning’s peak animal activity, and include a midday break before an afternoon hunt that concludes at sunset. Departure times will be discussed around the campfire in the evenings.
Some days will require us to take packed lunch boxes to the bush and spend the entire day out before heading back to camp at sunset.
Hunting Method
Ranchero Safaris maintains a high standard of ethics and only practices fair chasehunts by means of “walk & stalk” as well as “spot & stalk” tactics.
Hunting from a vehicle or waterhole may be allowed for fellow hunters with physical challenges that prevents them from stalking on foot.
We also have high quality ground blinds available at certain selected waterholes for the Bowhunters.
